Thank you for choosing Dartmouth Retreat holiday chalet. The owners aim has been to equip the chalet so you will have a pleasant, stress-free and relaxing holiday. 1. The chalet is hired strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the hirer or any person allowed in the property by them. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any delayed departures.

2. The chalet is available 12 months of the year. The hirer will be liable to pay for any damage to the property and any breakages of any items in the chalet. On the day of arrival, entry to the chalet will be allowed strictly at 3 pm so the cleaners have enough time to carry out their duties. The chalet must be vacated by 10 am sharp on the day of departure.

3. The number of people occupying the chalet is limited to the number of beds provided. The owner is under no obligation to accept a greater number. The nightly or weekly chalet price is based on 4 people staying in the accommodation. This can be a combination of adults and children. Children are from babies to 16 years.

4. Payments, Deposits and Cancellations
a) Advance bookings will require a £25 non refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your holiday date.
b) Cancellations made 30 days or more before your date holiday will be entitled to a full refund less the £25 non refundable deposit.
c) Cancellation less than 30 days from your holiday date - no refund will be given and the owner strongly recommends taking out your own holiday insurance to cover such circumstances.
d) Bookings made less than 30 days from your holiday date - the full balance is due at the time of booking.

5. Short breaks are available all year round. Prices are:
1-2 nights will be charged at 55% of the weekly rate.
​3-4 nights will be 75% of weekly rate.
5-6 nights will be charged at 90% of weekly rate.
6. The chalet will be presented in a clean and tidy manner. It would be greatly appreciated if you would leave it in a clean and tidy manner when you leave. Thank you.


7. The chalet is let on a self catering basis only. The owner reserves the right to charge an extra £30 for any additional cleaning needed.

8. No smoking is permitted in the chalet at all and any breach of these conditions will result in you being asked to leave the chalet immediately.

9. No bicycles are allowed in the chalet at all.

10.There is one parking space per chalet. Please phone if you are bringing more cars. Parking spaces are numbered but you can park in any space near the chalet. Any problems please phone.

11. Visitors to Dartmouth Retreat holiday chalet take part in any activities entirely at their own risk.

12. All bed linen and a set of towels per person are provided. This includes one hand towel and one bath towel. A tea towel is also included.

13. The chalet has a coin meter which takes £1 coins. The central heating is electric - there is no gas at

the chalet. 14. There are no bars or restaurants at Norton Park.

15. Sorry, we no not accept dogs or any other pets.

16. Behaviour whilst on the park must be such as not to cause a nuisance or annoyance or disturb the peace of any other person on the site.

17. Only people named on the booking form are eligible to stay at the property.
